Why people move here

Newer construction, elevators and a dog park off MetroWest Boulevard.

Serenata is one of the newer condominium communities in MetroWest, built in 2004 with elevator buildings and a separate townhome section. The grounds include a pool and spa, a 24-hour gym, tennis, a dog park and ponds.
It sits at the Kirkman Road end of MetroWest Boulevard, so I-4, Valencia College and Universal are all close. Floor plans run from one-bedroom units to four-bedroom townhomes, which makes it a good fit for very different buyers.
Downsizers who want an elevator and buyers who want newer construction at a condo price.

Serenata FAQ

Where is Serenata in MetroWest?

Serenata is in south MetroWest between MetroWest Boulevard and Turkey Lake, at MetroWest Boulevard, just west of Kirkman Road.

How far is Serenata from Walt Disney World?

Roughly 20 to 25 minutes off-peak from this part of MetroWest. I will map the exact drive from the entrance before you choose.

When were homes in Serenata built?

2004 (sold as condominiums from 2005). Most homes were built by individual or custom builders.

What amenities does Serenata have?

Is Serenata a gated community?

Yes. Serenata has a gated entry. I confirm gate type and access rules for any home before you write an offer.

What schools serve Serenata?

Schools commonly listed for this community: MetroWest Elementary, Chain of Lakes Middle, Olympia High. Assignments change, so verify zoning for a specific address with the OCPS School Locator.

Is Serenata in the City of Orlando or unincorporated Orange County?

Every MetroWest home has an Orlando mailing address, but the mailing address does not settle jurisdiction. Parts of MetroWest sit inside the City of Orlando and the community also appears in Orange County commission districts, so I confirm city or county for every address on the Property Appraiser site. Taxes, utilities and services follow that answer.

Does Serenata pay a master association fee and a neighborhood HOA fee?

Every home in MetroWest belongs to the MetroWest Master Association, which maintains the boulevards, common areas and community-wide standards. Most neighborhoods, including Serenata, also have their own association with its own dues and rules. Ask for both amounts and exactly what each covers before you write an offer, and I will pull them for any home you like.

Can I rent out a home in Serenata?

MetroWest Master Association leasing rules (Feb 2026) require a first lease of at least 7 months, ban short-term rentals like Airbnb and VRBO, and require tenant screening and a crime-free lease addendum. Serenata's own association can add stricter rules, so I check both sets of documents before you buy a rental.

What do homes in Serenata sell for?

Per Stellar MLS, the median sale price in Serenata was $219,000 across 14 closed sales in the 12 months ending September 30, 2026. Call or text me at 407.502.4719 for recent sales that match your home.
