Avalon Cove sits between Hickorynut Lake and Avalon Road at Seidel Road, a small Horizon West community of about 49 homes built from 2020 to 2022. These are big homes, from roughly 2,900 to more than 5,700 square feet, in a natural gas community with a park and tot lot.
Horizon High is about a mile and a half away, and Atwater Bay Elementary and Water Spring Middle are each about two. Waterleigh’s Publix and the rest of Horizon West’s shopping are close by. For upsizers who want newer construction with real square footage near the lake, the inventory here is limited, so timing matters.
